Before there was Air Aware, there was a comprehensive research stage.  The outcome was a series of consolidated reports that included guidelines and recommendations for the development of curriculum-linked education tools and activities that would focus on awareness of outdoor air quality in the prevention of respiratory diseases for youth in grades 6-12.
