Why the environment is important to me:

Everything is part of the environment. I am outside walking all year round. Seeing garbage lying around on roadsides, in the bush and in our waterways is a sad statement about us. There is no one else to do what each of us knows we should. When your eyes burn and your lungs hurt, these symptoms are screaming at each of us to clean-up.

Why am I a Clean Air Champion?

I love to be outside and interact with nature: fly fishing, trout stream rehabilitation, hiking, golfing and travel. I try to have a positive effect on the environment. I want my children and grandchildren to love the environment as much, if not more than I do. I find the goals of the CAC to be similar to mine.
