Begin by completing the Pre-Event Booking Form found at the 'Book a Champion' tab in the menu panel of the Teacher Zone. It is strongly recommended you book both Presentation #1 and Presentation #2 at the same time and as early as possible to ensure Champion availability. The dates for your two Champion's visit will be finalized in collaboration with CAC staff and the Champion. All three parties will receive a final booking confirmation via e-mail with the final dates and the Champion's name.

Presentation #1 - Required: •Computer/laptop •Projector & screen •DVD player with sound (Alternatively working speakers on the computer/laptop so the Champion can play a DVD) •Please ensure computer, projector and all equipment is working prior to Champion's arrival. Presentation #2 - Normally, you do not need any equipment set up UNLESS it has been requested on the Booking Confirmation Form or through e-mail communication. If you are unsure please contact your appointed CAA staff member in your region to confirm.

Go to 'My Profile' from the menu panel and find the fields you wish to change. Click 'Update Profile' to save the changes.
