As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personal information to third parties for their marketing, or any other purposes.

*Personal information is any information that can be used to identify, distinguish or contact a specific individual including opinions and beliefs, financial information, birthdates and other identifying data but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

Website and Electronic Commerce

Where necessary and when relevant, we use password protocols and encryption software to protect personal and other information we receive when transactions (memberships, donations) are completed online.

From time to time we may enter into arrangements with organizations that offer third-party online services. Clean Air Champions will ensure that these organizations have clearly stated privacy policies that meet or exceed our guidelines.

Minors and Links to Other Websites

Once children link out of the CAC website, they make their own web site choices. We strongly encourage parents to use the Internet with their children, and to provide clear guidelines for Internet use.
